Questions about the data, a record that needs correcting, or an abuse report: here is how to reach the FindMyNPI team and what we can help with.

FindMyNPI is an independent directory built on the public CMS NPPES registry. We read every message and aim to reply within five business days. Please use the channel that best matches your request so it reaches the right place quickly.

General questions

For questions about the site, the data, or how a page works, email hello@findmynpi.com. This address also handles press, partnership, and advertising inquiries.

Correcting or removing a record

We do not edit provider records. Every record on FindMyNPI is reproduced exactly as the provider registered it with CMS, so a correction made at the source flows through to this site at the next monthly refresh. If a detail looks wrong, the fastest fix is to update it at the official NPPES registry; the change appears here within about thirty days.

If you would prefer your record not to appear on FindMyNPI at all, our opt-out page explains how to request removal and what it covers.

Reporting abuse or a security issue

To report abuse, a privacy concern, or a possible security problem, email abuse@findmynpi.com. Please include the URL and enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

What we cannot help with

FindMyNPI is not affiliated with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System, or any health plan. We cannot change a provider's official registry record, issue or update an NPI, or answer questions about a specific insurance claim. For any of those, the official NPPES registry at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov and your health plan are the right places to start.
